With the success of ICBC's shares were listed on the market, especially dealing with international finance crisis positively after 2008, the ICBC has become the healthy listed banks of the world's largest market capitalization and the first brand value and enter into the list of world biggest banks. At the same time, the world economics rapid development, international and domestic economy situation has the earth-shaking change, If the ICBC wants to be in an impregnable position in the competition fast development time and innovates the development in the intense market competition, then the ICBC must Open up and effort from up to down to improve corporate governance structure and improve the compensation incentive mechanism in order to create greater efficiency. This will request the ICBC managers and staffs display their subjective initiative and the creativity fully day by day, raise the working efficiency and the work quality diligently in the intense market competition.Moreover,the banks,as a special commodity business enterprises , plays an important role to the national economic development, these will be causing the bank staffs to withstand the huge job stress. Because the huge job stress has the influence to the bank staffs in the psychology or the physiology, and thus affect the normal service development of bank, the final result will affect enterprise's economic efficiency. Therefore, the bank staff's job stress research should receive the bank superintendent and researcher's widespread attention.Through the consulting literature, this article reorganized domestic and foreign related research summary, and based on this, this article proposed the research idea and related supposition, and used the SPSS17.0 software to analysis and process the data for the 127 effective collecting samples , used statistical analysis method including descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, single factor variance analysis, factorial analysis, regression analysis.The analysis result indicated:①Shenyang Branch staff's job stress of ICBC is composed of 7 dimension constitution of work's stress, Interpersonal relationship and communication stress, Role fuzzy stress, organization management stress; stress of competition, technical renewal and organization transform stress.②The different individual characteristic bank staff has certain difference in the job stress, the job stress of bank staffs of different age, school record, marital, sex, work life work position is remarkable different.③The staff's job stress and job performance of Shenyang branch of ICBC have the partial correlation. It is highly relative between the personality characteristic and the job performance.④The staff's job stress and job performance of Shenyang branch of ICBC exit certain forecast strength. The personality characteristic has certain forecast strength to the job performance; the personality characteristic has certain controlling action between the relation of the job stress and the job performance.
