From ancient times to the present, pressure is closely related to people’s lives. Appropriate work can arouse the enthusiasm of people, while excessive pressure will produce a series of adverse consequences. For example, job burnout, individual self-efficacy lower and so on. With the rapid globalization of markets, employees face more and more challenges and the work pressure increasing. Based on the chapter four, the paper, respectively, seeks to provide with reasonable suggestions from perspective of enterprise managers and employees.Chapter Six is conclusions. Innovation of this paper is to put forward research model and regard the attribution characteristic as a moderator. Inadequacy of the research is the source of data is limited and whether or not scales are applicable has to be tested. The main findings of this research are listed as follows:Firstly, in term of internal attribution characteristic, age has significant differences and degree has significant differences in internal job stress.
