A Brief Talk On The Construction And Motivation Of The Encourage System In Mid-and Small Enterprises

Mid- and small enterprises have already become the most active economy increase spot and the important part in the socialist market economy in China. However, following the in-depth development of the market economy, the factor of the inadaptability for the market economy development is increasingly appeared. The most important inducement for the appearance of this situation is that the encouragement mechanism which can bring the employee's enthusiasm into play, attract the employee's attention and make employee being honest to the corporation is lack in the mid-and small enterprises.In this article taking Yunnan Wenda Commercial and Trade Limited Corporation as an example, the status of encouragement mechanism in mid-and small enterprises in China is analyzed, the construction of the efficient encouragement mechanism is primarily discussed. The aim is to hopefully summarize the use experience for reference to the construction and innovation of encouragement mechanism in mid-and small enterprises in order to help those enterprises to get quicker and better development.The contents in this article are as follows:Section 1:the historical summary for the study of the encouragement theory.Section 2:the current status of encouragement systems in international and domestic large, mid-and small enterprises.Section 3:the arrangement theory for the employee's requirement and encouragement in the mid-and small individually-run enterprises. In this part the investigation and analysis of the relation between the encouragement resources and the personal resources attracted in the mid-and small individually-run enterprises are made. The key point of the encouragement system in the mid- and small individually-run enterprises which differs from other kinds of enterprises is suggested.Section 4:Taking Yunnan Wenda Commercial and Trade Limited Corporation as an example, briefly discussion about the construction and innovation of the encouragement scene mode and the salary mode.
