China's automobile and parts industry developed rapidly in the recent years, but the industrial structure was irrational. What's more, many enterprises underwent an important restructure of the state ownership in the current primary stage of socialist market economy. Due to the above reasons, many enterprises were insufficient in the market competitiveness. In other words, their organization structure, product structure, product R&D and operational mechanism were not yet fully able to adapt to the requirements of market competition. ZYNP Corporation also was turned from the state-owned internal-combustion fittings factory to the share-holding ownership. After the last eight years, the restructured ZYNP experienced a serial of radical transformations and had made a great achievement at production operation and market development in the good external environment. The enterprise scale also was enlarged like the rolling snowball, especially in July 2010, ZYNP landed successfully the A-share market, which made ZYNP raise the funds for the further development and lay a solid economic foundation for the overall relocation and expansion. However there still existed some problems on the organizational structure, operational management and human resource. These problems certainly would affect the long development and the international competitiveness. To diagnose and analyze ZYNP this report firstly analyzes the current status of China's automobile and parts industry, secondly analyzes the operational status of ZYNP through diagnosing the several aspects of development strategic, organizational structure, human resource etc., then utilize SWOT to make a comprehensive analysis to get a diagnosis summary.
