Since the12th five-year plan, the development speed of socialist market has been accelerating, this determines the enterprise’s competition from traditional resources turned to the competitive ability. Under the knowledge economy, human resource management has been an effective tool in modern enterprise management, the competition is starting by solid state into a dynamic competition. In traditional enterprise management mode, human resource management is evolved from the personnel management of planned economy, this management exist in human resources has the potential of human resources can not be development and utilized, the innovation of human resources motivation has been curbed, the career planning of human resources not in science, the management of human resources environment and management system lack of cultural connotation, and so on. In this case, with the arrival of knowledge economy, forced enterprises in the fierce market competition to attach importance to the development and utilization of human resources management, and in the process of the development of human resources, not only should pay attention to the uniqueness of human resources, but also pay attention to the problems in human resource management.The history of the world showed that the differences between the country’s economic growth, is not mainly caused by the difference of the material resources, physical capital and so on. A country’s economic strength and the strength, even the comprehensive national strength, is often closely related with the human resources management status. With the development of high and new technology, the expansion of global informatization, networking, and knowledge-based of the human society is marching on a new stage, after the industrial civilization--the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge economy as a new economic form, it takes the full play of knowledge production and people’s intelligence, informatization and network as the foundation, through sustained and comprehensive social organization innovation, the most reasonable and effective use of resources, promote the harmony of science, technology, economy and society, realize the sustainable development. This is the mainstream of the irreversible human society. The technical innovation ability and social organizations and so on, the ability of the state and enhancement depends on the present situation, the development and the utilization of human resources. The insight person of the world pointed out:the core of knowledge economy is human resources and knowledge capital.On the coming of the era of economic globalization, the competition is becoming more and more increasingly. In the background of this big trend, the traditional personnel management had not adapt to the needs of the development of the era, so the human resources management of social organizations is becoming more and more important, and the human resource management has been put on the agenda.This thesis mainly based on the modern human resources management theory, the main analysis is to study the current human resources management theory of the basic present situation and future development trend, and make the Z corporation as the main research object, research the connotation of human resource management. Through the overall understanding of Z company, analyzed the actual status of the existing human resources management system in the company now, and the familiar Z company existing human resources management system on the basis of the status quo and existing problems of in-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems in Z company, based on this, advances in Z company help the human resource management of the new plan. Finally for the proposed will analyze and discuss, how human resource management system in the Z company internal effective implementation and maintenance, and then puts forward some concrete Suggestions.
