The Design And Optimization Analysis Of Human Resource Management Scheme In A Corporation

The diagnosis of human resource management in the enterprise is the process that the people who have rich knowledge and experience and use scientific and rational method to analysis and research with comprehensive and systematic, and ultimately to develop a plan to meet the enterprise development plan.so as to help companies improve their operational capacity and economic benefits, and ultimately achieve sustainable development strategy.The advantages of state-owned construction enterprises in the current construction market competitive pressure slightly decreased,especially in the initial stage of the project construction process.There are many problems in the management of human resource management.there is no systematic, for example personnel selection and assessment, compensation and performance management and corporate culture construction and so on.The problem of human resource management in the state-owned enterprises has become a problem which we must pay attention to and study.Through the diagnosis of human resource management,we would establish the enterprise’s development strategy objectives,organization structure of enterprise,and establish a set of their own characteristics for the personnel recruiting, compensation and performance management system.In order to improve the enterprise’s comprehensive management level and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise.This paper describes the research background, domestic and foreign literature,the concept of human resource management,the theory of human resource management. Combined with China’s large state-owned construction enterprises ’ outstanding issues in the project construction process, we use the method of questionnaire survey, and analyze the reasons, formulate scientific and reasonable solution,The diagnosis result is obvious.Through the research of this subject, the general problem of human resource management in the construction process of construction enterprises and engineering projects is to be solved, which can provide reference for the development of other state-owned enterprises, and provide useful help and guidance for the development of human resource management.
