China,Japan and Korea as the most important countries of east asian countries have many common interests in economical,political,security and foreign affairs, the regional cooperations have a good foundation.The concept of China-Japan-Korea East Asian Community has the developing and changing process, this Paper focuses on the "10+3" as flatform, set up the cooperation and interaction in three countries. Especially analysis in the leaders of three governments have consistency will on the promoting regional cooperation.China,Japan and Korea are geographical proximity to each other, with a network of involvement in the economy, they also have a high degree of culture synergy. In the globalization of the background, each country's development is not isolated, develop the mature age and regional cooperation mechanisms with other countries to strengthen cooperation and integration of the advantages for a country and regional overall competitiveness, and it is good to three nations' strategies.The concept of China-Japan-Korea East Asian Community can be achieved or not largely depends on the development of Sino-Japanese relations. But owing to lower political parties and political mutual trust, the difficulty of leadership, the factors of USA, a number of hot issues have not been solved, there are many obstacles to establish China-Japan-Korea East Asian Community.This paper outlook the future about China-Japan-Korea East Asian Community, the economic and trade cooperation as the priority area, and politics, diplomacy, security and other areas in a deep cooperation. Developping the sources of three countries cooperation, form the cooperation mechanisms in order to achieve a high level cooperation and exchanges.
