The Study On Real Estate Development Of Zhengzhou Under Macro Regulation

Since housing system reform studied in 1998, the real estate industry's account for has increased from 4.1% in 1998 up to 5.5% in 2009.The real estate industry play an important role in the national economy development. Zhengzhou as a domestic transportation artery, has extremely convenient traffic advantages and geographical advantage, so zhengzhou's real estate market, in recent years is also showing rapid development momentum, and house prices are rising rapidly. This artical, through analyzing the situation of domestic real estate under the new policy, studying the effect on the zhengzhou real estate market that was made by the new policy of the real estate, and analyzing and judging the development trend of the zhengzhou real estate, putting forward the policy suggestion that will promote the real estate market and that are the country's macroeconomic regulation and control policy.This paper firstly, introduces the theory of real estate and the research of macroeconomic regulation and control policy, and then use these theories and policy to analyze the current situation of domestic real estate. Then based on the data analysis of the zhengzhou real estate market under the new policy, and the analysis of the zhengzhou real estate market's prospect, the article puts forward some measure, such as resolving contradictions between supply and demand, establishing and improving the housing guarantee system, reforming measures such as land transfer system. And through a lot of zhengzhou informative chart data, the article analyses zhengzhou(city) real estate residential market operation that objectively reflects the zhengzhou operating condition and the real estate market development trend.
