Research On The Evolutive Patiern Of Zibo Tourism

Zibo, which has the total area of 5965 square kilometers and total population of 4,214,000,located in the middle of Shandong Province. In recent years, Zibo developed the traveling industry vigorously. With the quick development speed, it has attracted numerous domestic and foreign tourists.After innovation and opening, including Zibo,the industry of China developed with a high-speed, Chinese tourism already passed through its phases of development and growth, the government-leading evolutive pattern of tourism play an important part in the process. In thirty years, Chinese tourism caught up with the industry size, which was reached by western developed countries in two hundred even more years, this is certainly a great achievement. But, Chinese tourism came forth contradiction of high-speed increase and weak competition power, following complexer external environment of tourism and more accumulating problems of continuous increase, it explains that quantity is great, yet quality is bad. The contradiction was caused by the side-effect of government-leading evolutive pattern of tourism, if we don't transform evolutive pattern of tourism, the contradiction can't be solved by itself.Based on industrial economics, public choice theory, Principles of Management and sustainable development, with the methods of academic interview, relative analysis and systems analysis, this paper tries to study the evolutive pattern of tourism from advanced theory and practice based on system analysis, aims to improve the tourism development of Zibo more healthy, more harmonious and faster.Firstly, this paper proposed the background and research questions based on the situation of the tourism development. It proposed the key contents based on overseas and inland literature review on evolutive pattern of tourism.The second, it elaborated the connotation, type and characteristic of tourism industry and the evolutive pattern of tourism and studied on the relationship of market-oriented and government-oriented evolutive pattern of tourism. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the present situation of the evolutive pattern of tourism, it pointed the deficiencies of the the evolutive pattern of tourism. The last, it analyzed the experiences of the development of the Zhoucun Ancient Town, and then expounded what the government should do to promote the development of Zibo tourism.
