Research On The Application And Influencing Factors Of Informatization In Agricultural Production

China is a large agricultural country. "No agriculture no stability." Agriculture has always been related to national modernization and is a key issue about China's booming. Precision agriculture which is supported by modern information technology is a technology and management system about modern agricultural practices.It will lead to the emergence of a new round of agricultural revolution,having a very important significance on precision agriculture.Firstly,on the basis of the study on precision agriculture at home and abroad,There are three kinds of representative precision agriculture model as follows:high-tech precision agriculture mode of American, precision agriculture development model of Israel, human-based precision agriculture model of Vietnam.Then the study come to three revealing conclusions that are useful to Jiangsu Province,.Secondly, basing on the evaluation indexs of the agricultural information, "The cost per year per million hectares of agricultural machinery power" is a evaluation indicator to the initial development of precision agriculture. Then, a significant factor on the development of Jiangsu Province's precision agriculture is obtained.For studing the development of precision agriculture model in Jiangsu Province,distinguishing different areas is necessary.Again,combining the objective situations of Jiangsu Province and the desirability of data, eleven indicators which may affect the development of precision agriculture in Jiangsu Province are extracted.Namely consumption,income,age,education,information needs about production, information needs about sales or purchase, information needs about life, Internet access,the number of Internet terminals,the average monthly consumption of information and psychological prices.They avoid the one-sidedness of single index.In order to reduce the variables and reduce the difficulty,five limiting factors have been abtained about the development of precision agriculture in Jiangsu Province.Namely demand,application, economic,knowledge and the psychological price.Finally, according to the factor scores each sample and the sources of samples,the average of the thirteen cities of factor scores has been calculated. The cluster analysis is used to thirteen cities in Jiangsu Province on the basis of the five limiting factors.According to the five limiting factors, thirteen cities will be divided into three groups to study the mode of development of precision agriculture, and different regions are corresponding to different policies of precision agricultural development strategy.
