In recent years,China's agricultural economic growth has made great progress,but compared with developed countries,there is still a big gap in the level of economic efficiency.Technological progress has always been a major concern of China's economic development,and technological progress itself has a certain bias.It is of great practical significance to study the current situation of technological progress bias and the impact of technological progress bias on the agricultural economy.In order to explore the influence of China's technological progress towards the economic effect of agriculture,we should first clear the concept and theory of the deviation of technological progress,and analyze the three factors:the factor endowment change,government intervention and international trade.Then we use national data to analyze the degree of changes in agricultural factor endowment in China:agricultural output,agricultural capital factor,agricultural labor factor and agricultural land element.According to the method of DEA-Malmquist analysis,the bias of agricultural technological progress in China is analyzed.The result shows that the overall agricultural technological progress of our country is biased towards the capital elements.Subsequently,we compare the deviation of agricultural technological progress in the eastern,central and western regions of China,and find that the three regions are all biased towards capital elements.The CES production function is used to calculate the capital elements and labor factor efficiency in agricultural production.The results are compared and analyzed.The efficiency of the agricultural capital factor is far higher than the agricultural labor efficiency.This shows that the agricultural technological progress in our country should be more biased towards the capital elements,and the current situation of China's technological progress is found.The bias of technological progress is more appropriate.However,the analysis of the trend of capital efficiency and labor efficiency shows that capital efficiency is decreasing and labor efficiency is increasing.Finally,we decompose the agricultural TFP effect and divide the growth rate of China's total factor productivity into four parts.According to the analysis,the growth rate of capital efficiency is not conducive to the growth of agricultural TFP,and the increase of agricultural labor efficiency can promote the growth of total factor productivity of agriculture;the value of the bias effect of technological progress is more than 0.It proves that the current situation of agricultural technology progress in China meets the theoretical requirements,promotes the growth of agricultural economy in China,and advances the technology.The direction of the step is suitable,and the value of the cross factors is negative,which shows that the cross factors have played an inhibitory effect on the growth of the whole agricultural elements,and the direction of technological progress and the change of the factor endowment are not suitable for China.Finally,the policy recommendations are put forward according to the conclusion.
