The production site is direct site of creating business benefits and site of achieving organic conversion of site elements. It is the core of manufacturing and the place where improvement take place, production site management refers to effectively planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling and detecting production factors which include personnel, equipment, materials, methods, environment and information, with scientific management system, standards and methods, so that the combination of these factors are in good condition. Site improvement refers to improving and optimizing site elements, with scientific techniques and methods, to achieve production purposes of high-quality, high efficiency, low consumption, balanced, safe and civilized. The theory of site management and improvement are effective tools of solving all problems in production site.Tofu is a traditional Chinese food, tofu culture is Inherited from generation to generation for thousands of years, steeped in rich cultural heritage. Since ancient times China have been the largest producer and the consumer of tofu. Tofu has long been produced on hand-workshop-based, with low level of mechanization and low development of technology, until the 20th century, hand-workshop was improved. Semi-automatic tofu machine makes the work easy for workers and the production time shorted. However, because of the lack of industrialization and standardization ideas, business managers often leads to extensive management, for example, low production capacity, low utilization of machinery and staff time, and the irrational use of materials and so on. These problems result in high production costs and low economic benefits and lack of market competitiveness. In addition, with the implementation of market access system in Chinese soybean industry, researching and solving these problems impact not only the healthy development of tofu production enterprises, but also the healthy development of soybean industry. In this paper, A tofu production enterprises is analyzed from the aspects of personnel, equipment, materials, methods, environment as well as system, and is given suggestion to solve related problems. The paper is divided into five parts, the first part introduces the background and significance of research,application of site management and improvement, and the main content of the paper; second part describes the basic theory of site management and improvement; the third part from the elements of people,machine,materials, method and environment, introduces the production and management system of A tofu production firm. The forth part applying the theory of site management and improvement to analyze problems and making suggestions in the end. The fifth part In order to implementing the suggestions successfully, it is necessary for A to carry out standardized management, strengthen construction of organization and deepen construction of corporate culture. At last summarizing the benefits brought by practicing the strategies.
