In recent years, China's banks have achieved remarkable results during its' reforms and innovations. Since 2005, China's state-owned commercial banks has been reformed which the main content is the stocks listing. With the full liberalization of the financial industry and the influx of foreign banks, China listed banks is facing the development of opportunities and also facing the same challenge of full competition. It is great significantly for China's listed banks to know how to play the greatest degree of bank senior management and employee motivation and how to play the role of human resource management. Compensation Management as the most important part of Human Resources which guarantee for the competitive advantage of human resources fundamentally have a great roleTo improve the competitiveness of enterprises.EVA Incentive Compensation Management model as an effective incentive has been used by many large companies abroad. Many China's scholars have study the rationality and advanced of EVA Incentive Compensation Management in China's commercial banks. In addition, they unanimously affirmed the EVA Incentive Compensation Management which is used in the management of listed banks is advanced. We believe it is closer for the listed banks to build EVA incentive Compensation and it can achieve the same target between shareholders and managers or achieve the minimum difference. So, EVA Incentive Compensation Management will improve the level of human resource management and the Shareholder value of China's listed banks.This article studies and analyzes the salary incentive compensation of China's listed banks, for the analysis of incentive management point of view under the idea of value management in the EVA. First, the paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of current situation for the China's listed banks from the theory. Then, the paper verify the compensation-incentive problems of China's listed banks by empirical research. Finally, the paper summary the advanced nature of Incentive Compensation Incentive compensation and builds the improvement program and policy strategy of incentive compensation. Hopes to help build the scientific and reasonable compensation incentives of China's listed banks, comply with the fierce market competition, but also hope the rest of the pay system similar to commercial banks to reform and improvement of inspiration.The paper breakthroughs the research of the rationality of EVA incentive compensation for the China's listed banks by theory, but studys and explores the compensation-incentive problems of China's listed banks by the introduction of EVA management thinking in empirical research.method. And then the paper suggests the the proposed construction to build the compensation incentive mechanism of China's listed banks based on EVA. In addition, the thesis not only studies the executives of China's listed banks, but also joins the study of general staffes, and according to different characteristics of the two objects respectively EVA Incentive Compensation to develop differentiated strategies.
