The tourism in our country develops very fast. Now it had become the most active and fresh industry in China. It is becoming the new develop point. The excellent and responsible labors in tourism are one of the most important factors in the fast and continual tourist development. However in tourist there is shortage of excellent labors because the selection and salary system is not fair and lack of motivation. This article states why excellent labors are shortage. It analyzes the reasons and state according to the real situation. From the point of tourism agency, this article argues the dynamic and elastic salary management system can be good to the unity of the tourist companies. It concludes that how to standardizing the project process, building the good salary dynamic system, setting the position selection system and elevating the salary system.
