The Construction Of The Economic Belt Along LuZhou Yibin And Leshan

The region along the river bearing the regional industry,city and population gathering by its unique geographical superiority, the region along the river usually becomes the leader of the regional economy. The region along Luzhou,Yibin and Leshan are rich in waterfront resources, the potential of the harbor and route development is huge and has a better industry foundation. Depending on the port city, southern economic zone of Sichuan province, Chengdu economic zone and Panxi economic zone on its direct economic hinterland, taking the leading industry along the river as the main body, this region could be evolved the economic belt along the river for Sichuan.Firstly, this paper analyses the economic belt's concept, the characteristic, the construction condition of the economic belt and the industrial type along the river. Then this paper defines the scope of the economic belt along Luzhou,Yibin and Leshan, mainly analyses the basic requirements for building the economic belt along the river.Secondly, this paper carries on the empirical analysis of the city construction and the leading industry for the economic belt along Luzhou,Yibin and Leshan. Choosing the leading industry of the economic belt along the river and making a discussion of its spatial arrangement through analyses the regional quotient of the scale industry of Luzhou, Yibin and Leshan.Finally, this paper designs the developing program of the port logistics for the economic belt. According to the present condition and the developing opportunity of the port logistics, selecting the pattern of the port logistic that suits the economic belt along Luzhou,Yibin and Leshan, then designing the functional module of the information system for the port logistics.The research of this paper has provided a kind of reference pattern of constructing the economic belt along the river, also has enriched the research of the economic belt for the upstream of Yangtze River and the region along Minjiang. Above all, this paper is full of significance theory value and practical value.
