With the continuous development of science and technology, as well as the strength of the global economic integration trend, in the level of the macroeconomic, logistics is not only seen as the lifeblood of the national economy, but it is also a "propeller" of the regional economic development.In the level of the micro-enterprise management, logistics industry is also used as form of advanced management techniques and organization, and it is identified as "the third profit source" in addition to reduce enterprises material consumption and improve labor productivity. Obviously, whether in the field of economics or management, logistics industry play an important role.In this article, through the establishment of the logistics industry input-output tables, and input-output analysis method was put into use to quantitative analysis of three aspects.This article is divided into five parts:The first part briefly introduces the background of this study and the significance of the study, the literature review of logistics, input-output theory and DEA research in the logistics industry, and describes the research object and research methods. This study describes the framework and proposed articles innovative and inadequate.The second part gives a brief description of the input-output method and DEA data envelopment analysis method,which provides a theoretical basis for the empirical analysis below.The third part focuses on the use of input-output analysis of the rate of intermediate input, intermediate demand rate, direct and complete consumption coefficient, sensitivity coefficients and influence coefficient, this 6 major indicators were put into analyzing empirically Chinese logistics industry input and use structure, industrial interdependence, industry ripple effect, In the macro level, this study grasps Chinese logistics industry characteristics and relationship between industries, and further confirms the importance of Chinese logistics industry and the necessity of measuring their current performance, and concludes that Chinese logistics industry influence effect is high, it should be developed as the leading industry. And the impact of the logistics industry in China is higher than the radiesthesia,which should take the initiative development policies, and then provides a strong research premise for the following regional logistics performance measurement.The fourth part of the concept from the current level of Chinese logistics industry in the regional evaluation of the performance, the use of DEA data envelopment analysis of the C2R model,31 provinces, in 2005,2007 and 2009 years, measured its performance, and obtained that the logistics efficiency of local economic conditions dose not exist direct relationship, the current four major areas of uneven development of the logistics industry and the majority of our provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions exists investment in redundant phenomenon, which will lead to a serious waste of resources and logistics efficiency. This chapter play a connecting role, not only the use of input-output analysis to solve the logistics industry which can not develop their current performance evaluation, but also provides a reference for the later policy recommendations about the regional allocation of resources.The fifth part of gives the development policy recommendations for the logistics industry and prospects, according to the conclusions of the third and the fourth chapter, it gives the development policy recommendations on Chinese modern logistics development.
