Modeling Of Agility Humanitarian Supply Chain

As economic and social development, natural disasters and man-made disasters happened frequently, the important role of humanitarian organizations in relief activities has become increasingly nakedness. How to make humanitarian organizations to play a more effective role in relief activities and how to make the humanitarian supply chain operated efficiency, that became problems to academic, business, non-governmental organizations and even governmental. However, due to the unique nature of the humanitarian supply chain had not been understood very well, the lack of research principles and quantitative methods. This thesis Shared best practices enables the continued improvements of processes during the event of a disaster.So all partner pay little attention to this field. This thesis focuses on two aspects of the humanitarian supply chain:one was the research on modeling of the relationship between the factors in humanitarian supply chain; another was the research on humanitarian supply chain operations strategy model.Firstly, this thesis summarized the current situation on the domestic and foreign research, especially in humanitarian supply chain and agile supply chain, including humanitarian logistics concept and positioning, the content of lean and agile, and research and other applications of lean and agile in humanitarian relief, etc;Secondly, this thesis research theorys of lean and agile, and then analysis various players involved in the humanitarian relief process, and compared humanitarian supply chain and traditional supply chain, and shared the concept and characteristics of humanitarian supply chain, then summarized the context and method of agility humanitarian supply chain; and how to build a agile humanitarian supply chain.At last, based on the above knowledge and the relationship between humanitarian supply chain factors, we build Interpretive Structural model of agile humanitarian supply chain, explained the factors-layering structure and painted association graph of the various factors'examples; In addition, combining with the analysis and summary of multi-decoupling point theory, this thesis established the Multi-Decoupling Point Model of agile humanitarian supply chain, which focused on cost-time goal. Then this thesis explicated the model on two issues, the results show that the leagile hybrid strategy cost lowest under the time constraints.
