The Evaluation Model And Governance Mechanisms Of Swift Trust In The Humanitarian Supply Chain

Collaborative has been a core factor to affect the efficiency of disaster relief. The establishment of swift trust for a psychological contract could promote collaboration between humanitarian organizations. Building swift trust evaluation model and governance mechanisms, to effectively measure the range of trust between the humanitarian organizations and in accordance with the assessment of different trust, useing different control measures to achieve the purpose of increase trust and maintain a high degree of trust, to promote and maintain mutual coordination between the organizations. Establishing swift trust evaluation model and governance mechanisms of this way is also widely used in the routine assessment of trust and governance.So this governance for the crisis of trust arising from social problems has a certain significance.This article study from three-interconnected-part, as follows:(1) Analysis the characteristics of the humanitarian supply chain, humanitarian supply chain network characteristics and the composition of the humanitarian supply chain organizations to build the horizontal and vertical collaborative relationship between the humanitarian supply chain organization. Swift trust as a psychological contract can effectively improve the collaborative relationship. Combine the characteristics of trust and swift trust characteristics, analysis the development of swift trust and influence factors in the humanitarian supply chain, combined with swift trust formation mechanism, explained the different factors affecting the swift trust from a different perspective.2) The hierarchy of swift trust impact factors.Combination supply chain theory and swift trust, the trust theory to analyze the factors affecting swift trust in the humanitarian supply chain. Used ISM model to build direction map and adjacency matrix.And used Matlab programming to build the reachability matrix. Though the decomposition of the hierarchy established the hierarchy relationship of factors, between these hierarchy exists causal relationship.3) The reasoning model system of swift trust. Using factors hierarchy to build the conceptual model of swift trust,and evidence theory to establish the reasoning model of the factors, re-use summation to build swift trust reasoning system model, and using matlab to solve the programming model.4)The governance mechanism of swift trust.Combining the assessment and governance of swift trust, establish the governance processes and governance mechanisms includes assessment mechanism, hierarchical governance mechanisms and protection mechanisms.Useing mind maps to react the form of specific governance measures. A case to calculate the trust rang of swift trust and sensitivity analysis to get sensitive factor, using the above control measures to govern.In summary, in order to solve the disaster relief in the trust relationship between organizations, this paper provides a method can effectively evaluate trust relationship between the relief organizations. This paper combines ISM and evidence theory to build the swift trust assessment model of the humanitarian supply chain. Based on the results of the assessment I built governance mechanisms of swift trust and trust innovatively for achieving the purpose of effective assessment and management of trust between humanitarian supply chain organizations. And this governance provides a guideline for the trust crisis caused by social problems.
