Forming Mechanism Of Swift Trust In Humanitarian Logistics Hastily Formed Network

In this high risk society, frequent disaters have not only caused huge losses to human life and property safety, but also brought a challenge for the humanitarian logistics. Humanitarian logistics HFN (hastily formed network) is based on the urgency of the disaster relief mission, the network organization concept of infiltration in the humanitarian logistics relief activities to form a kind of innovative forms of network organization. In disaster relief, collaborative cooperation and rescue efficiency have widely gained domestic and foreign researchers'attentions among organizations or members in Humanitarian logistics HFN. The key and foundation for successful collaborative cooperation and high efficiency of rescue is relationship of trust between organizations. However, the abruptness of disasters, the uncertainty of requirements, and the uniqueness of humanitarian logistics HFN lead to the problem that there is not enough time and proper conditions for all the organizations to build a normal trust with cooperative partnership, which makes building up trust humanitarian logistics be a problem. So it is of great value to research swift trust in humanitarian logistics HFN.Firstly, on the basis of a summary of humanitarian logistics, HFN and the swift trust theory, this paper introduced the concept and characteristics of humanitarian logistics, and descriptively analyzed humanitarian logistics actors. Then introduced the concept and characteristics of HFN, analyzed in more detail the chanllgens of HFN, and pointed out that the trust is the basis of forming HFN. Besides, introduced the concept and characteristics of swift trust, analyzed the connotation of swift trust from vulnerability, uncertainty, risk and expected, and summarizes the influence factors of swift trust from team, individual level and relationship characteristic.Combined with the background of disaster relief, taken the trustor, the trustee, and the third party as the object of study, analyzed the influence factors of swift trust in humanitarian logistics HFN from the perspective of characteristics mechanism, which are the dispositional trust, regulations, role clarity, the third part information, institution (rule), Interdependence, category differences. Then in accordance with factor analysis, proposed corresponding hypothesis and built a conceptual model of swift trust in humanitarian logistics HFN.Based on the literature review, theoretical research and the conceptual model, selected the measure of the influence factors, and designed the questionnaire. Then collected data, and used the SPSS17.0statistical software for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis. Some invalid measurements are deleted by reliability analysis, and taken exploratory factors analysis through validity analysis, meanwhile, which paves the way for verification of the structural model.Using AMOS17.0software to respectively verify the structural model for trustor and swift trust, for trustee and swift trust, for the third party and swift trust, and for relationship characteristic and swift trust. The research comes to a conclusion that in the circumstances of disaster relief, in all influence factors of swift trust in humanitarian logistics HFN, the most prominent one is reputation, then institution (rule), role clarity, dispositional trust. The category difference has a conspicuous negative influence, and the interdependence and third party information have a relatively lower.At last, according to the model validation results, some suggestions about how to build swift trust in humanitarian logistics HFN are proposed.
