As the result of the social development and progress, the necessity of social civilization and the harmonious, property management plays an important role in the urban development and community development. Through the past 30 years, our property management industry has taken shape, and it has a good future.Into the 21st century, with inproving the substance of the living standard and the progress of the human spiritual civilization, owners pay more and more attention to the living environment, they not only pay more attention to the quality of the propery service, and actively participate in the service, but also require the variety of the property service. The single, low quality of property service is no longer able to meet customers demand, and now, the traditional "big and whole" and "complex" model of property service has to meet a great challenge. It directly contributed to the change of property management enterprise market's sense, service's sense and management. At present, building up efficient property service supply chain using the supply chain management theory to integrate the property service, it will be a trend of the model of the property mangement. and at the same time, the study will be develop in the direction of supply chain management's the property service intergation model and the network of the property supply chain management.This paper first time dicusses on the supply chain management's property service integrations model. On the basis of analyzing CPM company's present situation and supply chain management application status in our property management industry, it introduces CPM company's supply chain management strategies in detail,and the property integration supply chain management's scheme, and it also builds up and uses the Performance Evaluation Index System of the property integration's supply chain. At last it makes a effectiveness analysis.this paper research the property management enterprise new management, explore concrete ways in the implementation of the methods and tactics, and analysis the possible problems and strategy under the new situation, it establishes the theoretical and technology base for further study the property service integration's supply chain management model.
