Research On Power Generation Enterprise Overall Risk Management System Construction

In the background of economic globalization, enterprises are increasingly experiencing the urgency of management innovation and technology innovation due to the intensifying competition. The grand blueprint of the twelfth five-year plan provides a broad space for the development of domestic enterprises. For the industry of power generation, being capital-intensive, technology-specific, of high safety requirements and closely related to national economy, how to effectively integrate resources and realize the sustainable development of enterprise is a problem that all levels of governments and enterprises decision makers must face. Risk management, as the enterprise management concept and method, has been approved by enterprise policy makers and managers, which is the requirements of improving the enterprise management level, strengthening enterprise core competitiveness and resisting risk ability and also is the inevitable choice in compliance with economic globalization. Risk management theory is very wide, with covering many methods and bigger application difficulty. How to design an overall risk management system suitable for industry characteristics and enterprise needs is an important issue of related scholars, enterprise managers and relevant persons. This thesis adopts the combining method of theory and practice. And based on the thorough analysis on the essence and composition of the overall risk management theory and through investigation, this thesis, taking a domestic power generation enterprise with earlier carrying out on comprehensive risk management, more perfect system and distinct effect as an example, designs a overall risk management system framework of strong maneuverability and fitting the present development situation of most domestic power generation enterprises. Also the author's own view on key elements and links is put forward, which will play a reference role for the research and practice in this field.Main contents of each chapter:Part One: states the background and significance of researching enterprise risk management and research condition of risk management at home and abroad, and puts forward the purpose, main contents and research methods of this study.Part Two: describes the production and development, definition and risk elements of overall risk management, the objective and principle of system construction and conducts a comprehensive analysis on the technical method adopted in this study.Part Three: analyzes the construction model of enterprise risk organizational structure, system composition and mutual relationship, functions of institutions and department, and the value of three defense line.Part Four: on the basis of Y company with the earlier carrying out on overall risk management and more perfect system, this part conducts a concrete analysis on the overall process based on the three critical lines of risk identification, risk assessment and risk control from the two levels of management layer and operating department and procedure, which providing a lot of fundamental material and operating methods.Part Five: Conclusions and prospect. This part affirms the value of overall risk management in enterprise management, puts forward some suggestions on the construction of enterprise risk culture, and looks forward to the future research direction of overall risk management.
