Research On Sustainable Post Evaluation Of Wind Power Project In Northeast Power Grid

With the development and reform of China's power industry, wind power as the most mature technology and the most scale development prospect renewable energy, the speed of development was the first in renewable energy. Compared with the speed of wind power project construction and production, the sustainable post evaluation of wind power project was relatively backward. And that has been paid great attention by development and reform commission, state grid and power generation company. The sustainable post evaluation of wind power project as a important step in the working of post evaluation, has a very important active effect to sustainable development ability of project and economic, social, environmental and resource coordinated development.At first this paper expounds the current situation of wind power in home and abroad, introduced the relevant theoretical research, made the generalization and definition to sustainable development of wind power project. Secondly, established the index system of wind power project's sustainable evaluation , applicated with improved analytic hierarchy process to determine weights of index system .Then made the analysis of one wind power project's internal and external environment in northeast power grid, which provided a basis for sustainable post evaluation of the project. At last through the data by collection and calculation, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis made the comprehensive evaluation and get the finally result, made the evaluation on sustainable of wind power project.
