It is a major energy strategic decision designated by the state to vigorously develop renewable energy sources such as wind power, meeting the objective requirement of the sustainable economic and social development in China.Active development of wind power is of great significance to adjusting the national energy structure, ensuring energy security, promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction, and protecting the ecological environment.Wind power project post-evaluation is based on the development strategy of the national economy and the requirements of electric power development planning.Combining with the electric power construction project post-evaluation theory and practical progect of wind power station construction,we can compare running wind power station project with the old ones, analyse deviation and sum up experience to promote the feasibility of the project and objectivity of preliminary evaluation and to improve the management level of project investment. This dissertation studies the post evaluation of a mountain wind power project, influencing factors of mountain wind power project evaluation was determined through field investigation, analyze from the project technology, project management, project economic aspects, put forward the evaluation index system of mountain wind power project, model and method of establishing the post project evaluation the mountain wind farm 49.5MW construction project post evaluation, and puts forward the improvement and development of relevant suggestions. The study results further prove the importance of wind power project postevaluation, and conclude that wind power project postevaluation must be promoted to more wind power projects. On the other hand, this paper points out some deficiencies in the project construction for further improvement. This research provides an effective method and theoretical reference to further improving the economic benefits in mountainous wind power construction projects.
