Study On Express Service Supply Chain Coordination In Quality

Since the reform and opening, with the rapid development of economy and fully participate in global market competition, the market competition of our express industry becomes more and more intense. The express industry as an important part of the logistics industry and one of the important branch of modern service industry is playing an important part in the development of China's economy. As the change of consumer demand from the price to the quality of service, the competition among express companies increasingly perform in service quality competition level. To our express companies, how to achieve quality advantage from price advantage currently has become the important considering problem.Express service integrator is the core of express service supply chain, the customer is at both ends of the supply chain, express service supplier provide professional service to the customers, through capacity cooperation between express service integrator and express service suppliers, integrate the advantage of express service suppliers, to carry out effective monitoring on service suppliers to reduce the courier service operation cost and improve express service quality.This paper firstly analyzed express service supply chain definition, structure, characteristics. Secondly, from the point of ability cooperation,this paper analyzed that there were certain cooperation risk between the express service integrators and courier service suppliers in cooperation process because the information asymmetry between the both sides, and concluded normal operation of express service supply chain could not do without monitoring of express service integrator to express service suppliers; This paper also from quality input-output perspective analyzed game behavior in quality harmony between express service integrator and express service suppliers, through designing quality output sharing contract model and the principal-agent model, draw the courier service integrator and express service supplier quality output shared proportion and quality investment level, and achieved express service quality of supply chain coordination. Finally through case analysis analyzed quality supervision and coordination problems in the operation of the express service enterprise, and verified the guarantee the quality of express service of the express service supply chain need express service integrator monitor supplier, and gave the company some suggestions on improving express service quality.
