In the new century, China's automobile industry has experienced a fast track of development. China's automobile production and sales amount has increased 3 times in the five years after joining the WTO and its national pillar status in country economy is gradually formed. However, the Chinese automobile industry is still weak. Although China's automobile production and sales amount is great, the quantity of auto import and export is small. China's automobile industry independent intellectual property rights and independent brands are very weak and rare in the world. The international operations of China's automobile enterprises are still in the lower levels, so it doesn't has the ability to complete with large multinational corporations at the moment, and the latter has been widened the gap by strategic alliance in terms of size, technology, products and so on.Strategic alliance which has been regarded as the most rapid strategy and economical method by many contemporary entrepreneurs is a new international competition mode and business philosophy in the international world. It also has become the effective form to improve their competitiveness in the international market. Strategic alliance is an effective practice for international automobile enterprises. However, if Chinese enterprises take an independent mode of development, it could not keep up with the pace of global automotive business development. Therefore, the domestic enterprises have the awareness to take the strategic alliance to save production and transaction costs to make up for their shortage. But domestic enterprises are lack of sufficient knowledge in the theory and practice with large-scale foreign enterprises existing such problems of dependence of strategic alliances path,management inefficiency, imbalance of alliance revenue and other issues of instability. Therefore it is necessary to apply models, theoretical approaches and conjunction with case to analyze China's auto enterprises to choose strategic alliance partners, the problems of alliance performance and the method be taken by China's auto industry. The article will also a guide and reference to enhance China's automobile enterprises in the international competition.This essay will use empirical research methods mainly to analyze the problem. Firstly, it is reviewed and summarized the historical research and information, put forward concept model and then with examples to quantitative analysis and model validation. Finally by summing up the outcome of the study, the essay will analyze the limitations of results of innovation, application and the limitations of the results and put forward countermeasures for China's auto industry. And the article will also supply valuable information for the follow-up research to promote the development of related research.
