Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) is set as a special organization with party, Government and enterprises. In recent years, XPCC characteristic fruit quality good, the rapid increase in the growing area, has become new economic growth point at most farms in the XPCC. With characteristic fruit planting is continuous expansion of the range, the production of the gradual increase. The fruits distribution has become increasingly prominent problem in the XPCC in China. Distribution of disjointed phenomena highlighted, system and distribution network node layout is not reasonable, fruit logistics facilities and administration behind, making fruits distribution cycle length, loss and cost, directly affects the XPCC's fruits producers.This article at XPCC fruit production and management system of the commanding heights, take TOWS analysis method and field surveys. Learning from foreign fruit distribution development mode of experience, evaluating the XPCC fruits distribution model of development, analysis of the fruits of distribution characteristics and constraints, the fruits of distribution for analysis and selection combined with supply chain logistics and distribution management theory. Through the fruit market segmentation, market opportunities for mining in the target market, constructing suitable XPCC facts featured fruit distribution strategy mode. Through the existing XPCC fruits retail system for a more comprehensive, systematic analysis and discussion, proposed a suitable system of characteristic fruit production and construction XPCC distribution mode.On XPCC current agricultural restructuring, change management and sustainable development featured fruit industry have certain significance.
