At this stage,the development of the take-away industry has entered a stable stage,and the customer’s consumption experience has become the main battlefield for all the take-out platforms to compete for users.Among them,take-away distribution is the core link affecting the user experience,and it is also one of the keys to gaining competitive advantage for the take-out platform.Therefore,most of the take-out platforms use a mixed distribution model consisting of professional distribution and crowdsourcing distribution to reduce the overall distribution cost of the platform while ensuring service levels.However,in the actual distribution operation process,the delivery platform does not cooperate well with the mixed distribution mode,and the platform distribution resources are not optimized well,resulting in the overall distribution cost of the platform remains high.In view of this,this paper takes the hybrid distribution mode of the Ele platform as the research object,and explores the optimization problem of the mixed delivery mode optimization of the take-out platform considering the distribution cost and service level.On the basis of fully understanding the status of Ele platform and previous related research,this paper first establishes the evaluation index system of distribution service level,guides the coordinated operation of different distribution modes,and combines AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and operation research.A hybrid delivery mode optimization model.Then,the main target method is used to solve the optimization model,and the multi-objective is transformed into a single-objective model that is easier to solve.Then the genetic algorithm is used to solve the hybrid distribution model optimization model.Finally,using the actual data of the platform to solve the model,the results show that the hybrid distribution model optimization model designed in this paper can reduce the total distribution cost of the platform on the basis of ensuring the delivery service level,and provide a scientific decision for the hybrid distribution model optimization problem.in accordance with.
