For most enterprises, innovation has become the key to obtain and maintain the competitive advantages in the increasingly intense competitive environment. In enterprises, innovation is the synergy of individuals, teams and organizations. Individual staff is the basic unit of the enterprise's innovation. Innovative behavior of individual employees makes significant contribution to the organization's innovation process and becomes an issue for the development of the enterprise. Innovation behavior of individuals will be affected by organization, teams, leadership, personal ability and so on. Interpersonal trust makes influence on people's behavior and its results.In order to illustrate the influencing mechanism of individual employee' interpersonal trust on his or her innovative behavior, author concluded some main points of the relationship though theoretical research and empirical analysis on the view of knowledge transformation. The research reaches conclutions as follow:1. Both affect-based trust and cognition-based trust of the employee have a positive impact on the innovative behavior.2. Employees' interpersonal trust influences their innovative behavior thought the mediating role of knowledge transformation.3. There is a positive correlation between employees' interpersonal trust and knowledge transformation.4. Gender, age, educational level, office term, department and income level do not have significant influence on interpersonal trust, knowledge transformation and innovative behavior of the staff.The article includes six parts:The first part is an introduction, which introduces the background, purpose and ideas and innovation points of the research.The second part is the review of the existing research. This part includes the review of the research about interpersonal trust, knowledge transformation and innovative behavior and relationship between them.The third part shows the theoretical foundation, hypothesis and the model of the research. Author puts forward the hypothesis and research model based on the available research results. The forth part is about the collection and test of the sample data. In this part, author introduces the way to collect the sample data. To prepare for the further analysis, reliability test and validity test were complied based on the data.The fifth part is empirical analysis. Firstly, author studies on the influence of control variables and relationship between the main variables involved in the research. And then analysis shows the positive influence of interpersonal trust on innovative behavior. Finally, the modiating effect of knowledge transformation is verified.The last part is conclusions, recommendations, self-evaluation and outlook of the research.
