With the increasing of the network users, the consumption of the Internet shopping is becoming more and more popular, the C2C e-business websites are cropping up, and the C2C e-commerce transactions of the market share is growing rapidly. The C2C e-commerce has potential business prospects, but the credit management problems caused by the virtual and opening of the network and the uncertainty of the participants has become one of the obstacles that impeded its development. Therefore, it has theoretical research value and economic significance to study how to solve the problems that impeded the development of the credit management.This paper firstly looks back and summarizes the research progress of the C2C e-commerce credit management in China and abroad. In the researches, they all confirm the importance of the C2C e-commerce credit management. Meanwhile, they point out it's necessary to introduce the agencies and build supporting laws. Secondly, it gives a brief instruction of the classification of e-commerce business and analyzes the current development of C2C. In 2010, the Internet shopping achieved 498 billion yuan, and 80% belonged to C2C. The C2C is impacted more and more seriously by the C2C. Thirdly, it is about the study of the credit of the C2C e-commerce webs. By clearing the concept of credit and interpreting its essence, the paper leads out the form factors, credit system and perception credit of C2C and analyzes the credit risks and influencing factors of the C2C e-commerce.The fourth and fifth parts of this paper offer the scheme of credit management problems of C2C e-commerce webs. The fourth part summarizes the principle, process and mode of the credit management by comparing and analyzing the main C2C webs in China. And explore the credit management problems in the webs, including credit management system problems, ID authentication problems, product quality problems and logistics problems. The fifth part gives improving advice to the problems in the fourth part. For example, to improve the credit management system by emphasizing recent credit, credit evaluation system of rewards and penalties, setting up show pages for new products, prohibiting the text blank evaluation, and paying more attention to the new registers users'first evaluating. Meanwhile, we should strengthen the safety building and establish logistic complaints tops. The sixth part of the paper is a summary of the whole article and the outlook of the future development of the C2C e-commerce credit management.
