The credit evaluation system of cross-border e-commerce is the foundation of the benign development of e-commerce.The establishment of the credit evaluation platform can effectively reduce the risk of both parties and improve the trade efficiency.With the application of big data,block chain,cloud computing and other "Internet plus" network technology to promote e-commerce platform technology upgrades,while e-commerce platform evaluation data Chinese "in the era of service business behavior,the source has changed the basis of data analysis,the innovation of the traditional electronic commerce on data acquisition and processing The way has inspired the new design idea of the credit evaluation framework for e-commerce.This paper aims at the related research on the credit evaluation system of cross-border and non cross-border e-commerce.Through the problem of cross-border development of e-commerce,this paper analyzes the composition,change and development of the credit evaluation system,and builds the data management and technology development of credit evaluation based on the comprehensive application of the data cloud platform.Relying on the establishment of Customs cross-border electricity supplier evaluation system,the credit evaluation mechanism of e-commerce has been perfected.The research work of this article includes:(1)From the domestic and foreign two two aspects,the paper ana lyzes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce transactions,and explores the multiple angles of credit in business behavior.From the supervision level of the cross border e-commerce,according to the advantages and disadvantages of the current cr edit evaluation system and the outstanding problems,this paper discusses the appropriate structure and design index system of the cross-border e-commerce credit evaluation system.(2)Based on the evaluation system of constructing cross-border e-commerce transaction credit evaluation system,the credit evaluation system,evaluation basis and evaluation items were discussed respectively,and the evaluation model of credit system was established.Then,starting from the business activities of cross-border e-commerce,the functions and requirements of the evaluation system,such as business requirement composition,business organization design,and data collection and analysis,are discussed.(3)Takes Guangzhou cross-border e-commerce as a case to carry out the analysis of cross-border e-commerce credit evaluation system,and demonstrates the function realization,business development,business behavior management and credit early warning in the system.Through the application of the current credit evaluation system technology,we further optimize the cross border e-commerce evaluation system.Based on the current situation of enterprises,a complete e-business evaluation standard is established,a credit evaluation system is perfected and a credit evaluation model is established.The scientification of evaluation index system and evaluation standard,the standardization and unification of enterprise evaluation procedures and methods,the assessment of the basic situation,potential risk and the level of law-abiding of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,the implementation of the risk analysis of various levels,various business links,the implementation of classification processing,and the choice of the business enterprise of cross-border business.The level of supervision adapted to law level provides information and decision support.
