Corn industry is known as "the gold industry", which can be a grain variety with the longest industrial chain. Through deep-processing and comprehensive utilization, this productive and preponderant agricultural product can be changed into about 3000 categories of products. Economic effectiveness will be greatly improved, which will enable the development of corn industrialization meeting broad prospects. Anhui natural environment has the superiority of corn production, especially for the northern part, belonging to the Yellow River, Huai River, Hai river corn productive zone, which is the second-largest corn producing region in our country. But in recent years corn production is not stable, leading to corn price swings. There exist big differences in corn deep-processing technology, product categories and production between the advanced world level and Anhui's. Corn deep-processing industry presents problems such as special corn producing bases are insufficient and industrialization pattern has not been formed; Raw material suppliers of corn and corn processing enterprises lack of partnership; Few varieties of corn processing products and the product structure is unreasonable; Technological r&d investment is less and processing technology is backward; Comprehensive processing ability is weak with low value-added of corns; Circular economy construction is inadequate whereas high pollution is obvious. In the condition that the national corn deep-processing ceaseless develops towards scale, intensive, diversified direction, Anhui province meets corn production revitalization plan, the demand of corn deep-processing products market is rising and so on, Anhui corn deep-processing industry is facing new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, the study of corn deep-processing development path in Anhui province has important practical significance.Based on the summary of theoretical studies of supply chain management, industrial cluster and the industrial clusters'competitiveness, the thesis firstly analyses corn production status and changing trends and the macro environment corn deep-processing are facing, status of main deep-processing enterprises and existing problems of the whole industry in Anhui province; Secondly combines industrial cluster with Anhui corn deep-processing industry, pointing out the special significance of industrial cluster development path for Anhui corn deep-processing: Not only conforms to the national food, energy security strategy, and complies with the diversification, scale, collectivization development trend of corn processing industry, but also balance Anhui corn supply and demand, plays a great role in adjustment of Anhui corn planting structure and increasing farmers' income, forms scientific and reasonable division of labor in corn deep-processing industry and avoid vicious competition; Meanwhile, improve the effective utilization and comprehensive configuration of corn resources, avoid the waste of resources, raise corn deep-processing technology level and optimize product structure. In view of the status of corn as strategic resource, corn raw material supply becomes the most important part on the supply chain and even the whole industry cluster, As the key of the supply coalition quality, the evaluation and selection for coalition partners becomes necessary. The thesis uses Matter-element analysis to construct evaluation model, making a quantitative analysis mainly for the evaluation and selection of suppliers for Anhui corn deep-processing enterprises. Finally, from the aspects of government role of macro-regulation, the establishment of supply chain alliance in corn deep-processing industry, radiation spreads from supply chain to corn deep-processing industry cluster, gives comprehensive countermeasures of improving the competitiveness of Anhui corn deep-processing industrial clusters from the perspective of supply chain, hoping to offer reference for the development of Anhui corn deep-processing industrial cluster and improving the competitiveness of the cluster.
