In 1956 the Faw Group Corporation of China manufactured the first automobile called liberation brand by himself, which was the prelude to the development of China's auto industry. And now China has become the world largest producer of cars that has been half a century. In the half a century of the development, China's auto industry has experienced a major period of development and a difficult time of financial crisis, which have not changed the tone of the rapid development of China's automobile industry.Recalling the process of the internationalization the Geely Group, but also on behalf of the international process of the entire China's automobile industry, we can easily find that, the domestic market is increasingly opening; multinational companies began to get involved in China's auto market, while China's domestic auto companies also began to get into the international market. Moreover, Geely began a strategic restructuring, and identified the international development strategy at the same time.This paper from the current situation of the Geely automobile company international strategic management has been focused on the Geely's analysis of the international strategic management, including the strategic objectives of the development, strategy formulation and selection, strategy implementation and control, the final response to the above, we propose the Geely's international strategy management measures.Through this series of analysis, we easily see that in the post-WTO era, especially in the post-crisis era, international development is the essential for selection, despite the international development of the China's auto industry has brought a lot of challenges and threats, only in the competition, learn from each other and continuous innovation can make sure an invincible position in such complex and volatile market.
