Strategic Research On China’s Financial Holding Company

At present, the international large-scale financial holding group, such as Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, basically have been listed to achieve rapid expansion,and become the world’s leading financial companies. Therefore, through the capital market listed on the road, is the inevitable choice of the financial holding group, it is a general trend of global financial industry development. The domestic financial holding company after years of development, has been to build a more perfect management system, financial business layout optimization and improvement, significantly enhance the overall quality and profitability, financial risk control capabilities steadily, constantly improve the market influence, has further accelerated the foundation and conditions for the development and expansion, but most have been not successfully listed, the real through the capital market to go the road of market and achieve bigger and stronger financial holding group mainly includes PingAn Group, CITIC Group. But objectively speaking, with the capital market of listed companies compared to the requirements, there is still a considerable gap in most of the domestic financial holding group’s subject qualification, independence, standardized operation and financial. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the strategic analysis to the financial holding group.This paper analyzes the current development status of China’s financial holding company and listed on the main mode of practice, at the same time, State Grid Yingda Group as an example, combined with the State Grid Yingda group listed on the strategic target, in accordance with the requirements of the companies listed on the condition of capital market, summarizes the existing financial holding group and has been listed on the gap, the main path of listed, to provide support for the completion of the listing of the strategic objectives, and on this basis, summarizes the suggestions to promote the listing of China’s financial holding company.The application value of this paper lies in:One is to help domestic financial holding group to understand the importance and the practical mode of listed.
