Research On Quality Capacity Model And The Path Of Promotion For Team Leader In Coal Mine Enterprise

Class team is important component of enterprises, and class captain is bridge that connected middle-management and grass-roots staff, common saying says:"the train run fast, whole is taken by headstock", it is thus clear that class captain is key factors of class team construction, and plays an important role in the enterprise class team construction. Aiming at the coal mining enterprises, we use the literature method, field investigation, questionnaire survey methods to study the class captain's quality capacity, and construct class captain quality capacity model of the coal enterprise. This model by four quality and six competence:ideological and political quality, health, safety quality and democratic quality, Global consciousness, personality charm, coordination control ability and using information ability, rapid response ability and accurate command ability. Then by means of using factor clustering analysis and neural network coal enterprise class captain's quality capacity types are established. Finally, in view of the four types, improving schemes are probed into at coal mining enterprises class captain's quality capacity.
