Coal is main source of energy in our country, and it is also the main industry of theInner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is very important in the national economy. Long-term since, coal mine safety production management in our country relatively lags behindthe developed countries the security situation is not optimistic. Coal mine safety is the life ofthe enterprise, and quality is the necessary factor of influence security situation. In coal minesafety management, quality management and safety management supplement each other.Paying attention to quality characteristics of safety aspects, it is very important for coalmining enterprises to avoid and prevent coal mine safety problems. In the current digitalinformation times, it needs to build a "digital mine". If we establish a reasonable and perfectof the coal mine safety quality standardization management information system, it willimprove the safety of coal enterprise quality standardization success rate and reduce coalmine safety accidents. Finally, it can improve the level of safety management of coal mine ofpurpose.This paper combines with the status of safe quality standardization management in coalenterprise of the Inner Mongolia Region and analysis coal mine safety qualitystandardization factors of6primary indexes and20secondary indexes. It uses fuzzyintegrated evaluation to evaluate the condition of coal mine safety quality standardization.According to the actual demand in the coal mine production safety, we research anddevelopment the coal mine safety quality standardization management information system.The system can improve the level of safety management of coal enterprises.First, the paper studies the present situation and development of the coal mine safetyquality standardization management and the management information system. Second, thispaper describes overall development processes of the coal mine safety qualitystandardization management information system. It discusses development platform of thecoal mine safety quality standardization management information system and the relatedtechnology-fuzzy integrated evaluation method. Third, analyze the demand of the actualsafety work in coal mine enterprises, design modules and the factors of qualitystandardization. Calculate the corresponding quality standardization level through the fuzzyintegrated evaluation method. Fourth, use Visual Basic software to design and developmentthe coal mine safe quality standardization management information system preliminary.Fifth, combining with the actual safety condition of coal mining enterprises, we discuss howto realize the system and what problems may occur in the operation process. Finally,summarize paper work and give the research achievements of paper, besides, discuss thenext step for the research work.Through the research can be found, we can use coal mine safety quality standardizationmanagement information system to manage the coal mine safety. It can make thestandardized management work more clearly. It also improves the efficiency of the safetymanagement and the rate of standardization success. It is useful to achieve the coal minesafety management.
