With the continuous progress of science and technology and development of productivity, many large international companies have realized importance of supply chain and begun to implement supply chain strategies, that is, in the shortest possible time to find the best partners, with the lowest cost, the fastest speed, best quality to win the market and has achieved good results. However, with the rapid development in the global economy and enterprises continue to grow, environmental problems such as resource depletion, the greenhouse effect and water and soil pollution have a growing threat to the survival and development of human society.consumers have great demands for environmental protection; the Government has also developed a series of laws and regulations to protect the environment. Many of the cores of the enterprises in the supply chain are considering the environmental issues into supply chain management in order to improve competitive advantage and obtain the protection of the natural environment while improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.This paper first analyzes the green supply chain management research background and research situation, describes the related theories of the green supply chain and its performance, including the concept of green supply chain management, comparison between green supply chain management and traditional supply chain management and necessity of its performance evaluation. Then, according to green supply chain management's characteristics, based on the BSC model, a evaluation system of the green supply chain management is built. That is, green supply chain management performance evaluation including financial value, customer value, internal business processes innovation and development, and environmental protection. The article will then set up a triangular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method that based on the Benchmark Management Thought, and build a corresponding model. The purpose of this paper is making comprehensive evaluation for the green supply chain management according to the green building performance evaluation of supply chain management model.
