Study On The Green Degree Evaluation Of The Supply Chain Of Manufacturing Enterprise

In the environment of global economic rapid development, the living standard ofpeople has rapidly improved. At the same time of creating wealth for the development ofhuman beings, the consumption of manufacturing enterprise resources is more and more,which leads to the resources scarce, serious environmental pollution and otherenvironmental problems. To prompt the manufacturing enterprise to reduce environmentalpollution as much as possible in the process of production, the implementation of greensupply chain management was identified as a necessary way of beneficial to realizing theenterprise green development, which has become an important subject drawing manyexperts and scholars’ attention now. It is the key link of how to choose the green degreeindex applied in the process of manufacturing enterprises’s management of supply chain,so as to realize the scientific and effective analysis of green degree evaluation, providingthe effective decision-making basis for the green production development of theenterprise. In this paper, based on the relevant index selection of green supply chain as theresearch direction, it makes a deep analysis about green development direction of themanufacturing enterprise supply chain.First of all, through the deep analysis of supply chain research direction and currentsituation of internal and external research, it points out the aspects be used for reference,and also points out what still need to be improved.To make summary and analysis ofrelated theoretical knowledge of green supply chain, including its structure system, andthe differences between traditional supply chain, the definition of the green degree,itprovides a theoretical basis for the building of evaluation index system.Secondly, through the characteristic analysis of the influence factors ofmanufacturing enterprise supply chain green degrees, it puts forward the evaluation indexsystem applied in the management process of enterprises supply chain, and by comparisonof the evaluation method, ultimately determines the combination evaluation methods oftriangular fuzzy function method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,constructing the scientific fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and makes the multi-level combination weight calculation against weight, making the weights allocationof the enterprise index more reasonable.Finally, the application of specific cases as the empirical analysis, it makes thevarious indicators quantify, and takes full advantage of the triangular fuzzy functions andfuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, eventually proved that the model can get goodusing effect by the application of green degree evaluation in the management process ofmanufacturing enterprise green supply chain.
