Since 1980s, under the circumstances of economical globalization and drastic marketable competition, enterprise are confronted with the pressure of increasing competitive ability from outside, because of new productions emerge one after another incessantly, the lifecycle of productions are shorter and shorter, the varieties are increasing, and requirement of buyers for quality are higher and higher as well as service. If enterprise want to obtain the competitive advantage, the enterprise realizes that depends upon its own strength are insufficient completely and must coordinate with the exterior resources. Under this background, the thought of supply chain management emerge as the times require. The supply chain management becomes the key strategic factor of enhancing benefit and improving competitive ability as one of new management idea and the pattern. Some people said that the market competition are no longer between enterprises traditionally, and have become between the supply chains at 21st century. More and more enterprises realize that if we want to manage the supply chain effectively and supply chain can develop healthily and continually, we must analyses and evaluate supply chain scientifically, comprehensively and effectively.The thesis studies on the selection of the evaluation method of supply chain performance, construction of index system of the supply chain integrative performance and its sub-systems performance emphatically. The thesis divides into six chapters, the main content of each chapter as follows:Chapter one, outlined the background and significance about supply chain performance measurement research comprehensively, summarized the review of study in our country and abroad was mentioned from reference model and index system of the supply chain. Finally, introduced content and research route of the thesis.Chapter two, summarized and analyzed the basic theory of the supply chain performance measurement systemically. First, elaborated the concept of the supply chain performance and performance measurement, and its functions in supply chain management. Next, pointed out the content contained in supply chain performance measurement. Then, analyzed the portions, the principle of index system, and the purpose of supply chain performance measurement in detail. Finally, introduced the strongpoint and shorting about common methods of supply chain performance measurement, brought forward the used method which conjointed by triangular fuzzy-analysis hierarchy processing and multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Chapter three, studied on index system of supply chain integrative performance measurement which take the manufacturer as the core enterprise emphatically. Established a more perfect set of supply chain integrative performance measurement from seven aspects those are the strategic match, the customer service ability, the financial condition, the operation situation, the anti-risk ability, the future developing the ability and the continuable developing ability. Afterwards, set corresponding indexes for each aspect, and calculational methods for each index. Thereinto, these aspects such as the customer service ability, the financial condition, the operation situation, the future developing ability and the continuable developing ability selected representative indexes for each aspect on of base previous. The strategic match and the anti- risk ability two appraisal angles, were deficient in the predecessores index system, and established the corresponding appraisal indexes.Chapter four, in order to understand and grasp the supply chain integrative performance more roundly, we divide the supply chain into three subsystems those are the core enterprise, the suppliers and retails. The enlightenment obtained from the physics principle and the wooden barrel theory. First of all, we analyzed the status and the function of these three subsystems in the supply chain. Then, set relevant performance measurement index systems for each sub-system on the base of respective characteristic. The performance measurement index system of core enterprise established from two aspects those were the own running achievement and the functional achievement. The performance measurement index system of suppliers emphasized its controlling of cost and quality emphatically. We embarked the performance measurement index system of retails from its running achievement, the customer serve achievement as well as the information service achievement.Chapter five, took a application when the core enterprise was a passenger car manufacture company. The application validated the validity and feasibility of the method and index system those are advanced in the thesis. Chapter six, first, summed up main research work and fresh of thesis and discussed some questions which waiting for research. |
