With the acceleration of global economic integration, China's enterprises began to go abroad, actively developing overseas markets. In the course of business, these companies have experienced varying degrees, the challenges of cultural differences.Correct understanding of cultural differences, to avoid the adverse effects of cultural differences, to play its active role in cross-cultural management is the key to business. In today's increasingly competitive society, business management performance management to become a nuclear-type problems. In response to the complex and volatile external environment, maintain their own survival and development, more and more multinational corporations have recognized the performance appraisal management in the enterprise management role, many multinational companies in China have established a performance evaluation system enterprise management played a positive role.
