Today, globalization competition is intensive increasingly. Effectively motivation can arouse enthusiasm of the staff and enhance core competence of Multinational Corporation (MNC).The practice and theory question has been aroused by the countries all the world.In this paper, it gives the theories of the MNC human-resource, motivation and cultural conflict. It finds the advantages and disadvantages of MNC present motivate ways through comparison and analysis. It also analysis deep level reasons of cultural difference and interpretation of cultural risk rules and conflict type. Through building the model of cultural risk, we can evaluate cultural situation in MNC. On the basis of result, it gives motivate ways of different staff. This paper raises motivate model such as national centrism, multiple centrism and global centrism and so on.Combined with special situation and research results, this paper propose some practice suggestions such as setting up share-vision of MNC, cultural amalgamation and using material and spirit motivation correctly.
