The Research On The Influence Factors And Control Countermeasures Of The Implicit Cost In Construction Stage Of Construction Project

The construction industry is the basic industry of our national economy. With the rapid development of the construction industry, construction engineering projects also increase quickly. In recent years, the research system about the dominant cost of construction project is becoming more and more perfect, but so far there is no mature research method and system for another important component of total cost--- implicit cost, which is potentially strong. Doing some researches on the implicit cost of the construction project and analyzing the implicit cost factors are very important to improve the attention of the implicit cost and start the control work of the implicit cost.Firstly, this paper does a qualitative analysis about implicit cost factors which affect the stage of implicit cost of the construction project based on the predecessors' achievements. And constructs the implicit cost factors system of the implicit cost initially; Secondly, according to the characteristics of the building project construction phase factors which affect the implicit costs, using rough set algorithm to determine the weighing attribute reduction ,to optimized ,to construct the construction project and construction stage implicit cost factors index system and to ascertain the main influencing factors after integrated the various methods,; Finally, this paper takes the main factors which influence the implicit cost as the basis, proposes the control countermeasures of implicit cost of construction phase construction project and assesses the control effect by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and does an empirical research.This article analyzes the construction project and the influence factors of the implicit costs of the construction stage from two aspects----qualitative and quantitative, scientifically. And also addresses the corresponding control measures. Although the research has some limitations, it provides the basis for construction enterprise recessive cost control activities and has a great reference value for building project of implicit cost.
