| Implicit cost which prevalently exists in construction project often does not getenough attentions. The project managers not only do not get enough cognition aboutit, but also relatively lack of appropriate control means. Therefore, it is necessary forthe project manager to understand the implicit cost of project and carry on effectivecontrol means to in the current competitive market environment.Through the research of implicit cost, the definition of implicit cost of constructionproject has been summarized, the main influence factors of implicit cost have beenfound, based on which, an index system used to evaluate the control performance ofimplicit cost has been established, and then carried out the related empirical researchusing the performance evaluation index sysrem. The main research work andachievements are as follows.(1)According to the related research at home and abroad, the concept of implicitcost of project has been defined and used as a standard to classify and collect theinfluence factors of implicit cost.(2)Using SPSS software on these implicit cost factors of project for factoranalysis, several main influence factors are obtained. Then establish an evaluationsystem to evaluate the implicit cost control performance based on these factors.(3)On the basis of the evaluation index system of implicit cost, using fuzzyanalytic hierarchy process(F-AHP)to carry out an empirical study for implicit cost ofone project. The result not only verifies the feasibility of the evaluation model, whilethe integrated control performance of the project implicit cost has been obtained.(4)For the contractors of project, some corresponding implicit cost controlmeasures has been proposed. Meanwhile, in view of the comprehensive effects on theimplicit cost from the participants of project, a new thought based on the integratedcollaborative mode used to control implicit cost of project has been proposed. |
