In the Western Development and how to consider both the economic development and the protection of the fragile ecological western environment? To develop tourism is a realistic, workable and effective way. First of all,there is rich tourism resources in the western region.Secondly, tourism is a sunrise industry in the 21st century, is an important part of the modern economy.Its contribution to a country or region has become increasingly prominent,and played the function of a pillar industry in well-developed areas of tourism.Finally, tourism which is smokeless industry and has little resource and energy consumption, is just suitable for the development of tourism for the western in terms of the fragile natural environment. Therefore, in the western region, the development of tourism economy is a win-win strategy both being conducive to economic development and nature conservation . But the reality is the development of China's western tourism economy relatively backward, compared with the existing tourist resources which are quite not consistent. The main reason is the less of brand building awareness in economic development in Western tourism , so that the western tourism economy are more extensive in the state of the original ecosystem management.Thus, the topic of this research is what's the problem of the brand-building of the development of tourism economy in the western region. By studying the causes and problems, practical measures can be find out, so the research can be instructive to the western tourist economic development.In content, the object of this study is Western tourist economy and its brand-building.Firstly,what is analyzed is the tourism brand and its role in the western tourist economy. And then the economic situation and brand-building situation of tourism in Western China. After pointed out the problems in the brand building when developing of tourism economy in western China, comes detailed analysis of the causes of these problems. Finally analyze how to make strategies for achieving positive interaction between the two facts.
