With the development of economic, the change of information technology, increased uncertainty of market, especially personalized consumer demand presents in new era and diverse features, the competition between supply chains instead of competition among enterprises has become a necessity trend. As a result, many scholars are taking on research of advanced supply chain management. Companies have started to try to apply the relevant management methods to guide practice. This thesis based on previous studies, combined with the new competitive environment to redefine the outstanding features of the times the meaning of supply chain networks, and in-depth analysis of the supply chain network organization characteristics and the complex relationships between each other. On this basis, the author proposes to market demand, technology development, information platform, logistics and business interaction which affect the supply chain network for the effective operation of performance factors, combines with China's position in world competition and business specific analysis of the characteristics of the cluster supply chain network and supply chain network organization-specific needs of mobile network model, supply chain management of enterprises has a practical significance, and finally through the comparative analysis of two organizational model to have better understanding of their nature, and further discuss the two kinds of specific organizational patterns that may exist problems and risks, and proposes to enhance the effective operation of the supply chain network proposal from the government level, corporate level and intermediate level. The author hopes this study can supply theoretical references to most of Chinese small and medium enterprises to participate provide a wider competition in a wider range in the new economic environment.
