Financial Governance Mechanism Of China's Listed Companies

With the development of socialization production,securities market plays more and more important role in our national economy.However, the imperfection of financial administration of listed companies , especially financial administration structure holds back healthy development of securities market. Enron Case in America which reveals quite a few drawbacks of western financial administration model proves that western model is not suitable and we should learn from practice and find out the effective way to solve the problem in financial administration structure of our listed companies.Taking Gaoxin Zhangtong Corporation for example, on the base of the introducement and analysis of financial administration system, this paper first focuses on analysing its development history, financial risk, problems and causes of its financial administration structure and then also points out the problems in the financial administration structure of our listed companies. At last, the paper proposes suggestions on financial administration system of our listed companies that is to define clearly the property relations, to improve the finance distribution, to expand the participation in financial administration of people relevant to interest, to enhance supervition and restrict of financial administration in enterprise group and to build up humanistic financial administration system.
