| The rapid development of the logistics industry can be the regional economic development "Booster", as a new growth points in the regional economic growth.At present, Western Shore Economic Zone has become recognized. During the two sessions in 2011, the State Council has give official approval of the "Western Shore Economic Zone Development Plan", in order to develop this zone into the harmonious area, which have scientific development, reform and opening up, civilization, peace and order and ecological beauty. The Fujian Province, is the main part of the Western Shore Economic Zone, so the analysis of modern logistics in Fujian has a very practical significance.The purpose of this paper is providing foundation for decision making for the construction of the logistics industry in Fujian Province. Based on the Modern Logistics Theory, Modern Logistics Demand Theory and the Regional Logistics Theory,this paper defines the concept of the Structure of Logistics Demand, which is the ratio of the transportation. Combined with Fujian's industrial development, internal and external trade development in recent years, qualitatively analyze the structure of the logistics needs of Fujian Province. Based on the understanding of the structure of the Logistics needs of Fujian Province, build the Prediction model for The amount of Logistics Demand of Fujian Province. Providing a new perspective to The development of Regional Logistics study.This paper selected the RBF neural network, using the MATLAB neural network toolbox, build the Prediction model. 2009 and 2005 to fit the simulation results of a detailed analysis. Based on this, pointed out that the development problems of logistics industry in Fujian Province, and proposed the suggestions of how to erect the logistics industry in Fujian Province . |
