In response to meet the requirements of the customer and the needs of their own brand construction development, Allen Company imported ISO9000 management system. This paper uses of management science theory, analyzes comprehensively the effectiveness to Allen Company's quality management system. According to the investigation, current Allen Company's Total Quality Management mainly exists following problems: concepts of total quality management haven't been comprehensive promoted, total quality management applications also not comprehensive, total quality management informationization relatively insufficient, total quality management systems to be improved, total quality management performance assessment didn't implemented, total quality management continuous improvement link defect and human resources of total quality management are weak.Using the method of SWOT, the author analyses Allen Company's internal management strengths and weaknesses, also the application block and the opportunities Allen Company's total quality management will face. This paper puts forward the total quality management system improvement suggestions according to the specific circumstances of Allen Company, including: establish quality control consciousness for all employee, enhance total quality management in the company all aspects of application, strengthen the enterprise information system (ERP) in total quality management, strengthen participation performance based on the continuous improvement of PDCA quality management and strengthen human resources of total quality management.Allen Company has made great changes through the quality management improvement, even though time is not long, but already cultivated a group of backbone employees, enriched the reserve forces at all levels. Meanwhile we can foresee Allen Company is likely to achieve these goals: improve product quality, improve product design, accelerate production process, encourage the morale of the employees and enhance quality consciousness, reduce cost and reduce liability accident. Allen Company's quality management had very big changes, but whether it can achieve even greater success still needs time to inspection.
