Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing continuously,and all walks of life are also increasingly prosperous.With the continuous improvement of domestic medical level,the level of R&D and production of medical devices in China is also improving day by day.In some areas,they have been in the leading international level.The key content for enterprises to continuously improve their competitiveness is to strengthen their internal total quality management.Nowadays,the research on enterprise quality management is deepening,and its significance is increasingly recognized.The product quality of a medical device manufacturer is the core factor for an enterprise to remain invincible in the market.This requires considering the existing problems of enterprise quality management system strategically,reducing quality cost,improving product quality and promoting enterprises to a higher level.H company is a typical private small and medium-sized medical device manufacturer.On the basis of understanding the concept and theory of total quality management,this paper introduces the research status of total quality management at home and abroad.Taking H company as the research object,according to the products and operation situation,analyses its current situation,structure,scheme and means of total quality management,and points out the total quality management of H company.In view of the problems,this paper analyses the causes of the problems,and then puts forward corresponding strategies to improve the total quality management.Specifically,we should strengthen the quality management of raw material suppliers,optimize the customer management system,strengthen the training of total quality management of all staff,improve the company's total quality management assessment system,and increase total quality management input.Then,the management process is strengthened based on PDCA cycle.Finally,according to the results obtained in the improvement of total quality management of H company,six inspirations are obtained,which are specific to total quality management: it needs the continuous attention of company management,should be controlled based on the value chain,should actively carry out theconstruction of quality culture,should be implemented in combination with performance appraisal,need to strengthen internal audit team construction,and should be carried out based on the PDCA cycle.It is hoped that this study can provide certain guidance for domestic similar enterprises in this competitive market environment in terms of theory,so as to improve their competitiveness in the international market.
