Franchise Enterprises The Growth Evaluation Studies

In recent years, with the development of market economy in China, franchising enterprises have mushroomed constantly emerging, made remarkable achievemen and gradually become a mean of low cost and rapid expansion to small and medium-sized enterprises, it also can promote national economic growth. Franchising enterprises is the new tide of enterprises groups which arises in China's reform and opening up. They has played an important role in optimizing the allocation of resources and absorb the labor employment with its unique talents composition and competitive advantages, which is a unit and cells in whole economic system and become an important force to promote national economic growth. The rapid development of franchising enterprises are increasingly affecting the development of national economy pattern, and bringing deep influence in aspects of society, economy, culture and people life. In this background, accurately evaluate our franchise enterprise growth, will help us understand our country franchise enterprise overall growth condition and provide a reference to learn from international multinational franchise enterprise's success.Due to the franchise enterprise growth evaluation analysis is a relatively new research work, according to the the related theory the relevant research results at home and abroad , this paper proposes the research topic through summarize the enterprise growth theory firstly, and explain simply the concepts of growth enterprises, and analyze the situation of franchise enterprise's growth. Then it establish the franchising enterprises growth evaluation system, use the listed 22 sample franchise enterprise's financial data during 2007 to 2009, and analyze the influence of franchise enterprise growth. Finally,this paper puts forward some corresponding counter- measures and suggestions according to the result of evaluation of franchising enterprise's growth.Based on the franchise enterprise growth present situation and its characteristics, this paper construct effective franchise enterprise growth evaluation index system and the growth evaluation model.The study found that the profitability and growth ability is the two most important factor of franchising enterprises to realize the sustainable growth. Finally, this paper points out the insufficiency, puts forward the direction of future research, that is, to expand the object of study, the optimized index and data of selecting and improve the evaluation method, etc.
