Food security is a major event that affects the national economy and the people's livelihood. The Chinese government has always attached great importance to food security and regards the development of food economy as the top priority of government work. This paper integrates the factor input and grain production technology efficiency in the grain production process into the same research framework, and uses the combination of theory and evidence, time and space to analyze the new situation from the perspective of a large number of relevant literatures. The problem of China's grain output growth.First, the contribution rate is accounted for.Based on the provincial panel data of the main grain producing areas in 1992-2015,through the extended CD production function--Solow residual value method, combined with stepwise regression, the 1992-2015 period is divided into three time periods, and each of them is measured. The contribution rate of input factors to the growth of grain output in the main producing areas. The results show that the future development of the grain economy can no longer rely on factor input as in the past, but should rely more on technological progress to improve the efficiency of grain production technology.Second, technical efficiency accounting.Through the three-stage DEA,the efficiency of grain production technology in the main producing areas is accurately evaluated, and the growth sources and remaining problems are analyzed. At the same time,Yang Lixia and other practices are used to generate a clearer visual representation by generating geographical distribution maps. The current status of technical efficiency of grain production in the production area. The research shows that after three-stage DEA eliminates the environmental impact, the actual efficiency of the grain production technology in the main producing areas is not high overall, and nearly half of the provinces do not reach the average level of the main producing areas, regardless of the grain production within or between regions. There are large differences in technical efficiency, which hinders the overall improvement of food production to a certain extent. Finally,in order to achieve cross-regional coordinated development of food production, this study will use Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis(ESDA)to analyze the spatial correlation pattern of food production technology efficiency.Based on this, the space analysis model is combined with the spatial analysis model. And the direction of action, and the traditional "Rippling effect" is corrected by dividing different geographical distance intervals. The results show that the efficiency of grain production technology is not completely random, but shows obvious spatial correlation characteristics. The spatial correlation coefficient is significantly positive under three spatial weight matrices, indicating that the optimization of grain yield efficiency in adjacent areas produces food production in the region. The promotion effect, even more than the positive impacts brought by other influencing factors, can be seen, giving full play to the efficiency of grain production in the adjacent areas to optimize the radiation belt effect in the region, and formulating a spatial grain production strategy with regional linkage characteristics is a new way to promote food production in the future. The spatial role of grain production efficiency is concentrated in the range of[0-3500)km,and has experienced the "Rippling effect"-scale effect, which has revised the traditional "Rippling effect "to some extent.
